Delivery charges
Standard delivery is free when your merchandise subtotal after discounts is at least £99. Below £99, standard delivery costs £20 per order.
For CHF checkout, the free-delivery threshold is CHF 99.00 and delivery below that threshold costs CHF 21.85 per order. Switzerland delivery is charged in CHF. Delivery charges and the total are shown before payment.
Delivery time
Estimated delivery is within 15 calendar days from placing your order, including processing and transit. We will contact you if we become aware of a delay. Customs processing may affect delivery; this does not limit your statutory rights if delivery is late.
International taxes and customs
Orders dispatch from the United Kingdom. For destinations outside the UK, including Switzerland, the recipient is responsible for destination import VAT, customs duties and carrier clearance fees where applicable. These are not collected in the checkout total. Their amount depends on destination rules and the goods; your local customs authority or carrier can provide details.
