Products and pricing
Product pages identify the relevant size, colour, materials and price. Our base currency is pounds sterling (GBP). You can select CHF when browsing; delivery to Switzerland is charged in CHF at checkout. The selected currency applies to product prices, discounts, delivery and the order total. CHF prices use our published store conversion rate and are fixed for the submitted order. Please review your selections, delivery address and total before submitting an order. Tax treatment will be confirmed before orders are accepted. For delivery outside the UK, destination import taxes, duties and clearance fees are payable by the recipient where applicable, as explained in our delivery policy. No VAT registration number is represented on this site.
Orders and payment
Acknowledgement of an order records receipt of your request; acceptance and contract formation occur when we confirm acceptance and dispatch. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will explain and refund any payment received. Payment availability is shown at checkout. No charge or paid order is submitted while the payment service is unavailable.
Delivery and cancellations
Our delivery information, returns policy and cancellation form explain charges, delivery periods and cancellation rights. Nothing in these terms excludes statutory rights concerning goods that are faulty, misdescribed or unfit for purpose, or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Ordering steps and a copy of your terms
The store and sales contract are in English. Select your product options, add items to your basket, review quantities and prices, then enter your delivery and billing details. You can edit your basket and correct details before the final payment action. When payment is enabled, the final order button indicates the obligation to pay. You can print or save these terms using your browser. The applicable contract information is retained with your order and included in order communications.

Store conversion rate
CHF pricing is calculated from GBP using the ECB reference rates dated 23 September 2026: EUR 1 = GBP 0.85950 and CHF 0.9390 (GBP 1 = CHF 1.09249564). Amounts are rounded to two decimal places. We may update this rate for future purchases; completed order amounts do not change. Refunds are issued in the original transaction currency; your bank may apply its own conversion or fees.
